As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary to complete the project.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional information.
• Ensure that all content provided for your website (e.g., images, text) does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the website and services in a lawful manner.

For services provided by Notion Bureau:

• One-Time Projects: A payment schedule will be agreed upon before the project begins. To initiate the project, a 30% upfront payment is required. The final payment will be due upon project completion and delivery.
• Subscription Plans: Clients will be billed monthly, with payments due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days of receipt may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Timelines for project completion will be discussed and agreed upon with each client before the project starts. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Notion Bureau is not responsible for delays caused by clients (e.g., late submission of required materials or feedback).

Unless otherwise agreed upon:

• Ownership of Designs and Code: Upon full payment, all custom designs and code created for you will be transferred to you.
• Pre-Existing Assets: Notion Bureau retains ownership of any pre-existing design assets, code libraries, or software we use in creating your project.
• Use of Content: You guarantee that all content (e.g., images, text) you provide to us for use in the project is either owned by you or properly licensed.

We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment or violation of terms.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any proprietary information shared between you and Notion Bureau will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
