REFUND POLICY

Introduction

At Notion Bureau, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided.

One-Time Projects

For one-time projects, a 30% upfront payment is required to begin work. This payment is non-refundable, as it covers initial project preparation and resource allocation. Once the project is completed and delivered, the final payment will be due.

Refunds for the final payment will only be considered if the project has not been delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the project's completion.

Subscription Services

Subscription services are billed monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments for subscription services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

To avoid further charges, cancellation requests must be received before the start of the next billing cycle.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Client changes their mind after work has begun.
  • Delays caused by the client, such as late submission of required materials.
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond Notion Bureau's control, such as changes in business strategy.

Process for Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit a formal request in writing to notionbureau@gmail.com within 7 days of the project's completion or the billing date (for subscriptions). The request should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

We will review the request and provide a response within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and will be returned using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees.
  • Third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees).
  • Work that has been completed and approved by the client.
